Variations of Squat

Rockets

Maintaining all the precision Squats, move from Squat to standing and keep repeating.

Take-Offs

Using the same positioning as Squats, instead of raising up to standing, use more power and jump up and get off the floor briefly, then return to Squat. Repeat.

PliƩ Squat

Take your feet a little wider than hips-width apart and turn the toes out approximately 45 degrees. Bend the knees, keeping them pointing directly over the toes until the knees are at a 90-degree angle, then return to standing.
